DIGITAL CONSUMER ACTIVATION MANAGER CAUCASUS (STA)
 

What this position is about - Purpose:  The Digital Consumer Activation Manager, Caucasus, is responsible for creating and implementing digital consumer activation strategies that boost engagement and growth in B2B and B2C channels. This role includes managing budgets, leading key projects, and supporting local T&C Engagement teams. The position also involves managing third-party partners, improving digital experiences, enhancing reporting and analytical tools, and integrating digital initiatives into the overall marketing plan and global solutions. By leveraging innovative approaches and data-driven insights, the Digital Consumer Activation Manager aims to elevate the overall consumer experience and achieve strategic business objectives.
 

What will you do - Responsibilities:
 

  • Business Understanding: Fully understand the business environment, customer, and consumer needs. Stay informed about company strategy, brand portfolio, and market trends.
  • Consumer Digital Solution Development: Plan, develop, and implement sustainable digital consumer activation strategies that boost engagement and growth in B2B and B2C channels. Define effective digital activation agendas and tools. Manage and upgrade digital products in collaboration with local T&C Engagement teams and global functions.
  • Data Usage and Reporting: Develop and provide in-depth analysis of digital tools performance. Enhance and harmonize marketing reporting and analytical tools through digital channels.
  • Budgeting: Plan, manage, and control budgets for digital consumer activation. Participate in tenders and cost negotiations with suppliers.
  • Lead Key Strategic Digital Activation Projects: Act as a leader during negotiations with key digital suppliers. Design and maintain digital activations calendar. Lead the deployment of global digital marketing solutions in the cluster.
  • Third-Party Partner Management: Manage relationships with third-party partners to ensure seamless execution of digital initiatives.
  • People Management: Support line manager in coaching and developing local T&C Engagement managers. Provide feedback, support, and knowledge sharing across cluster markets.

Who are we looking for - Requirements:
 

  • Higher education in Marketing, IT, Economics, or similar.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing and  project management. Understanding of the FMCG sector is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; Russian is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM systems development and Data management
  • Knowledge in Power BI is an advantage.

  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, IT, and product development.
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing digital landscapes and market conditions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and optimize digital initiatives.
  • Good understanding of the digital area and up-to-date knowledge of trends.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Fast learner, self-motivator, with high result orientation.
