Key Accounts Manager Estonia

Position: In this role, you will be responsible for growing JTI business including OCC, SOM, share of shelves as well as for planning, development and implementation of current business strategy in major key accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Accounts/Channel Strategy development and alignment: develop midterm strategy for major  accounts based on deep analysis of tobacco market
• Budgets development and control: prepare and propose funds for trade allowances, activations, investments into new equipment, different incentive plans etc.
• Negotiation: plan, prepare, align and lead negotiation with major accounts
• Compliance: Ensure agreement implementation and its compliance with defined terms and conditions and  JTI standards

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent experience
• Proven understanding and experience from FMCG environment
• Fluency in English and Estonian (written & spoken)
• Excellent communication and selling skills, proven analytical skills
