Reporting to: People and Culture Manager

 

Responsible for learning and development activities, including organization capability assessment, coordination across departments and key collaborators for functional/technical training implementation, and optimally implementing talent management programs. Plays a critical role in liaising with leaders and employees across the organization to identify learning needs, design and facilitate technical and functional training programs, and measure the effectiveness of L&D programs in line with business objectives.

 

POSITION

  • Training and Development  

    • Execution of the learning and development strategy aligns with the factory talent development roadmap, business imperatives, and compliance requirements.

    • Assist in organizing the L&D resources from Global and Local to curate comprehensive annual training plans and establish a relevant mechanism to close the competency gap, cultivate personal growth, and enhance the organization's capabilities.

    • Instill the concept of People-Centricity to deliver training programs optimally and creatively to enhance employee experience and engagement.

    • Work with the Global Business Service team to roll out different training sessions and supervise the administration of the programs by demonstrating the SF (Success Factor) Learning solution functionalities.

    • Facilitate the delivery of technical training plans that are met /on track.

    • Establish and implement a structured technical training program to enhance technical capabilities and improve operational efficiency.

  • Talent Management

    • Assist the People & Culture Manager in collating the insights from the employee engagement survey (EES) and providing regular/ad-hoc people analytics to facilitate talent calibrations, succession planning, and talent strategy optimization.

    • Support the deployment and communications of Talent Management projects to champion the P&C changes and build a successful organization.

  • Business Support

    • Developed required L&D policies and procedures, put them into implementation, timely review, and update.

    • Participate in ASP process, L&D budget planning, and ensure cost-effectiveness.

    • Support company activities including EHS on safety measures, IMS Integrated Management Systems (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45000, ISO50001), and 5S3R compliance

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree (preferably in HR, Psychology, or Sociology).
  • At least 2 to 7 years of experience in Learning and Development and Talent Management
  • Fluency in Chinese and English language
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Effective and professional verbal & written communication skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment while maintaining focus on driving and delivering on objectives and performing day-to-day requirements
  • Project management skills and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated individuals with the desire to succeed and empower others
