Department: Sales - Trade and Commercial Planning

Location: Taguig city, Philippines
Reporting to: Sales System and Master Data Manager



The incumbent acts as the in-house expert supporting the day-to-day operations of the Sales Force Automation solution (SFA) and maintain the upkeep of classification and definition of Trade Channels, Trade Segmentation, Outlet types.



  • Sales System (SFA solutions) Support and Maintenance
    • Administer SFA system setup, administration, configuration, maintenance and optimization
    • Monitor active SFA and back office users and ensure the correct access level based on function and role
    • Coordinate with IT / third party solutions provider in terms of monitoring issues/errors escalated by DSO and DP users.
    • Participation in Business Testing related to Application Change Requests, Systems Upgrade or deployment of fix to resolved system bugs
    • Provide status/feedback of pending issues/errors encountered and monitor until resolution
    • Participation in TME training courses (new entrants) and assist in the development of User’s Training manuals for (Field force and Backoffice)
  • Trade Classification and Segmentation Upkeep
    • Develop, implement and update classification and definition of Trade Channels and Outlet types and manage the deployment and maintenance in the Sales System
    • Monitor, update and maintain relevance of channel definitions
    • Develop a process and ensure the field force users understand and adhere to safeguard the integrity of the channel definitions and trade segmentation in the creation of new customers
  • Customer Master Data (CMD) Management
    • Implement CMD processes and ensure the policy is adhere to by devising the right level of control and monitoring
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure clarity of process, define areas of accountability, and ensure
    • completeness and accuracy of customer master data
    • Continuously review processes and recommend improvement opportunities
  • Territory Master Data Management
    • Responsible for the maintaining and management of Coverage Plan and Territory Hierarchy to support the implementation of the territory approach
    • Establish process for the setup and maintenance of Territory Boundaries in alignment with SIBI and RTM teams
    • Perform regular update of Territory Boundaries and customer tagging in collaboration with field M&S leaders
  • People management 
    • Recruit, motivate and guide the professional development of the team reporting directly and indirectly to the incumbent.



  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, IT or any other highly quantitative fields.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in operational support, database management, preferably with multinational FMCG.
  • Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)
  • Data reporting and analysis, KPI & performance measurements
  • Trade survey planning, execution
  • Excellent analytical system knowledge (Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, SQL)
  • Good understanding of commercial analysis (Retail Audit, Tracker, Trade Marketing and Sales KPIs)
  • Familiar with Route to Market, Trade Segmentation, Trade Marketing Execution, Channel Planning
  • Functional knowledge in IT processes (e.g. incident, problem, system change request)
  • Familiar with Systems Development Lifecycle and deal with 3rd party solutions provider
  • Relational Database Management System, SQL scripting and Data Modelling
