SFM (Shopper Field Marketing) Channel Development Specialist


As an SFM Channel Development Specialist, you will be responsible for the channel health and development for modern trade and the wholesaler channel to ensure growth of JTI portfolio in short and long-term within your assigned territory.



  • Identify issues and opportunities within the assigned territory through data analysis, competitive review, field work and insight to develop appropriate short-term and long-term plans for JTI brands.
  • Coordination with field sales and survey program execution to ensure compliance with standards / intended trade impact, with quick turnaround on any program issues
  • Responsible for promotions budget management and proper use of program tools and materials up until closure and depletion
  • Support Brand and Shopper Field Marketing on New Product Launches



  • College Graduate
  • At least 3 years experience in Sales,Trade/Channel Marketing or Marketing that includes on ground Field Sales experience from an FMCG company.
  • Trade & Channel Development understanding
  • Evaluation skills: data, insight gathering & analysis
  • Ability to turn data into suggestions and development plans for assigned territory
  • Good communication skills - Oral and Written (English, Filipino)
  • Adept with MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
