The role will be responsible in supporting RMC Brand team in delivering on key marketing executions, with high focus on branded digital marketing initiatives for various online platforms, to provide greatest value to consumers. He will be responsible in managing the development and implementation of various marketing campaigns across the branded online platforms (i.e. Social Media, Branded Websites, SMS) including continuous content development and optimization, program implementation and monitoring. He will bring speed, consumer-centric thinking, facilitation, and innovation to ensure optimum delivery of identified brand initiatives. He will closely collaborate with Brand team, Field Marketing, Digital, and other stakeholders including extenal agencies to ensure that projects are executed timely, efficiently, effectively, and consistently.




  • Develop and optimize content and campaigns for branded digital platforms based on the brief/directions provided by Brand team and a deep understanding of the consumer/target market, to help achieve the brands' identified communication and business objectives. Includes managing content and digital asset calendar across platofrms to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, and synergies
  • Lead project management for all brand-driven digital efforts (brand site updates, roll-out of new new features and campaigns, etc) to ensure timely and effective implementation. Includes liasing with creative agency, as well as brand, legal, other internal stakeholders to secure required approvals on content, promo mechanics, T&Cs, etc.). Also assists in rewards dispensing and monitoring for all branded digital assets
  • Drive linkage of online and onground initiatives to drive seamless omnichannel consumer experience, by coordinating with Field Marketing, Brand, and Digital teams
  • Faciliate other operational requirements related to the branded digital platforms such as code generation for all Code-on-Pack and Code-on-Stick initiatives. Serve as Brand SPOC for faster facilitation and resolution: For code generation, this will be between market, GSC, suppliers, and code-gen agency for code generation. For other technical concerns/issues encountered by customers/consumers, this will be between Field teams, Digital, Brand, and agencies
  • Assist in performance monitoring for branded sites as well as that of competition's digital platforms and assets




  • With at least 1-3 years experience in Brand Management or Marketing
  • University degree is required, preferably in a Marketing/business-related course
  • With Digital Marketing experience preferred
  • Team player and an effective communicator
  • With good communication skills and language skills
  • Ability to interact, communicate, and present ideas
  • Flexible, adaptable and assertive
  • Experience in handling multiple projects at the same time (project management background)
  • Creation of content (brand tone of voice)
  • Fluent in both oral and written English and Filipino
