WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE

 

You are responsible for ensuring excellent and effective execution of key portfolio strategies (product, pricing, communications) to deliver on market growth agenda and long-term brand strategies. This includes leading development and commercialization of multi-brand and omnibus initiatives across key consumer and customer touchpoints. 

Together with key stakeholders from Brand, Field Marketing, Sales, and Digital, they will oversee total RMC brand initiatives calendar to (1) Ensure that all RMC brand initiatives are implemented on a timely manner, and (2) Proper resource allocation is planned for execution feasibility and efficiency. They will work closely with Supply Chain and Channel Planning to regularly review demand forecasts and production plans for total RMC portfolio to ensure minimal to no supply disruptions and write-offs. 

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Lead the commercialization of consumer/customer-relevant omnibus and multi-brand initiatives across key touchpoints of Digital, Trade, and Consumer Engagement, such as pricing communications, trade education materials, omnibus or branded digital content, etc., to help deliver on total portfolio range growth agenda.
  • Oversee total RMC brand initiatives calendar to ensure proper resource allocation for execution feasibility, efficiency, and effectiveness, in close collaboration with key stakeholders. Will work closely with Brand team to ensure that all RMC brand initiatives are implemented on a timely manner.
  • Regularly monitors category and competitive performance to identify key growth opportunities that can be addressed by RMC portfolio. Works with key business partners in developing action plans that will address identified business opportunities and monitor its performance.
  • Regularly review demand forecasts and production plans for total RMC portfolio to ensure minimal to no supply disruptions and write-offs. Leads coordination with Brand team in determining necessary solutions to address supply-related issues.

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a Marketing/business-related course
  • At least 3 to 5 years brand management experience in FMCG or large multinational companies. Experienced in new product development and introduction, insighting, project management, and brand positioning/communications development. 
  • Experience in handling a global brand or multi-market an advantage. 
  • Proven team player and an effective communicator. 
  • Adept at data analysis and creative problem-solving. Able to handle multiple and complex projects.
  • Functional Skills
    • Proven project management skills.
    • Experience in data analytics /  data insights is a plus
    • Proficient in Windows applications
    • Familiarity with Nielsen Answers is a plus.
    • Adaptable, flexible, and open to change.
    • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking.
