Responsible for overall management of P&C General Administrative and Facilities services of JTI Philippines operations, as well as coordinating with respective stakeholders in delivering quality services on time and in compliance with JTI standards, policies, and procedures.




  • Facility Management:
    • Develop and implement strategies related to facilties and general services to continuously improve and simplify processes.
    • Responsible for the overall cleanliness and upkeep of facilties in JTI Philippines. 
    • Responsible for all day-to-day activities related workplace management and general services
    • Works closely with relevant departments to ensure that overall cleanliness and upkeep across the JTIP facilities is maintained with highest standards and following best industry practices
    • Works in close coordination with Building Administration Team to ensure that all technical issues under the GSFM scope is monitred and addressed.
  • General Services administration:
    Responsible for administration and management of the following services in order to deliver quality employee support services and following JTI Compliance, Policies and Procedures: 
    • Office Management
    • Employee Transportation
    • Uniforms and IDs
    • Lockers
    • Postage/ Mailroom
    • Mobile Phones
    • Reception
    • Office Supplies and Consumables
    • Company vehicles
    • Document Management
    • Integrated facilities management
  • Inventory and Records Management:
    • Responsible for the inventory and records management of office consumables and office assets
    • Responsible for the creation and monitoring of all PRs and POs related to the general services function.
  • Contractor Management:
    Responsible for management of the 3rd party general services contractors and monitoring their performance.
  • People management:
    Recruit, motivate, and guide the team's professional development reporting directly and indirectly to the incumbent.

  • Other:
    Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon the manager’s request.




  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering
  • 5-10 years experience in workplace management, budget management, fleet and general administrative services. 
  • Fluent in oral and written English
