Field Marketing Operations Analyst

What this role is about:

 

  • The Field Marketing Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the FM Operations Manager and the rest of the field marketing team by providing data-driven insights, reports, data and information consilidation and optimizing processes to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of field marketing strategies and operations.
  • This role involves analyzing sales and marketing performance, managing marketing budgets and phasing, and ensuring seamless execution of field marketing campaigns and initatives.

 

What will you do:

  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets. Proficiency in using data analysis tools like Excel, Google Analytics, SQL, Tableau, and other BI tools. Strong quantitative and analytical skills to derive insights from data. 
  • Ability to create, maintain, and present comprehensive marketing dashboards. Proficiency in generating reports that summarize marketing performance metrics. Skills in data visualization to communicate insights effectively. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, finance, and IT. Skills in presenting data-driven insights to stakeholders.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting. Ability to ensure data integrity and consistency. Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address operational challenges. Ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Ability to adapt to changing marketing trends and technologies. Willingness to continuously learn and improve skills. 

 

Who we are looking for:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or a similar role.

  • Good communication skills - Oral and Written (English, Filipino)

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. 

  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using MS apps tools and data analysis tools

  • Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy and consistency in data and reporting. 

  • Collaboration: Works effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. 

  • Problem-Solving: Identifies and resolves issues promptly and efficiently.
