Entity Planning Specialist (FP&A)
The Entity Planning Specialist is supporting the FP&A Entity Planning Manager and the FP&A Director in the area of the Entity & FCF financial planning, reporting and analysis through. She/He is playing an active role in preparing financial forecasts (incl. FCF & B/S), preparing and delivering market/regional/global requirements. She/He is also monitoring and tracking of actual performance while identifying key variances. The FP&A Specialist Entity works closely with the FP&A Entity Planning Manager and acts as a back-up for key activities if needed. She/He is welcoming challenges and is open to support the development and improvement in the area of Entity FP&A. She/He also acts as a key contact and works together with other functions (ie Supply Chain) when it comes to collection, planning and alignment of FCF drivers such as ET stamps, production volume etc.
As the Entity Planning Specialist (FP&A) in the area of Finance, you will:

Collaborate with market and factory teams on Annual & Strategic Plans (A&SP), Outlooks (OL/PMM), and Latest Estimates (LE).

Prepare templates to collect and organize input data from various functions.

Gather, review, and challenge inputs from cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Build and analyze working files to meet financial reporting requirements.

Prepare clean and validated input data for system uploads.

Provide high-quality inputs to support funding and cashflow planning.

Assist in preparing cashflow forecasts aligned with financing needs.

Analyze and validate operational cashflow forecasts prepared by the Local Treasury team.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

At least 2 years of experience in FP&A or budgeting within FMCG, Big 4, or Shared Services
-
Experience in financial forecasting and modelling
-
Experience in budget monitoring and communication
-
Experience in financial reporting and analysis
-
Strong MS Excel skills; exposure to SAP and BW
-
Clear and effective communication style
-
Able to meet tight deadlines and deliver results under pressure
-
Detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture
-
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
