EMPLOYEE LIFE CYCLE SPECIALIST - TEMPORARY
As the Employee Life Cycle Specialist, you will:
- Provide services according to the P&C Service Catalogue
- Support employee enrollment into relevant benefits plans including ESPP, insurances, and local statutory benefits (Ex: SSS, Philhealth, HDMF)
- Ensure benefit administration in compliance with labor laws
- Receive and respond timely to all Employee Life Cycle Stream service inquiries and requests with timely, accurate and professional responses.
- Follow the established standard operating procedures (SOP) when completing tickets submitted via the MyJTI ticketing management system (ServiceNow)
- Validate requests and employee data templates and documents received for maintenance in HR and payroll systems according to the established check list;
- Create and maintain JTI organizational structure in SAP HR and other systems in scope of GBS
- Prepare certificates and letters in accordance with established templates;
- Maintain employee lifecycle events according to the corporate and local guidelines in SAP HR and local payroll systems;
- Ensure data and documents readiness for payroll run (if applicable);
- Provide reports with defined standards and templates.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree (Bachelor)
- 1-2 years of experience in a multinational organization in a similar role, preferably with experience processing Philippine local benefits. SAP HR experience is a plus.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Good knowledge of compensation and benefits processes, focus on Philippine benefit is a plus. Statutory reporting requirements is a must. SAP CRM knowledge is a plus.
- Strong customer service demeanor. Understanding cross-cultural sensitivity. Excellent teammate, open minded and flexible.
- GBS related certification is a plus (Certified GBS Professionals Program, etc.) Working knowledge of win-shuttle, Photoshop/paint is a plus.
- Proficient excel and Power point user.
