Digital Experience Oversight Manager

As the  in the Digital Experience Oversight Manager in the area of Digital, you will: 

 

  • Lead the Digital Experience team tasked to devise, build and manage the RMC, RRP & Trade owned digital assets and ecosystems. The incumbent has oversight of all aspects of digital infrastructure, data integrity and platform management, and is expected to meet and propel forward JTIP business goals.

  • Be responsible for developing key strategies to drive long-term vision for the company's consumer and customer-centric digital agenda. The digital platforms that the incumbent will manage are key communication channels to educate, build and grow consumer and customer database, convert traffic to loyalty and sales. This role will inject strategic recommendations to ensure that the JTIP digital ecosystem delivers a frictionless consumer and customer experience.

  • Demonstrate excellence and mastery in cross-functional project and people management skills, leading a large team and having oversight for high volume, high-complexity projects with multiple stakeholders (IT, Legal, RMC, RRP, CX, FMG, DF, T&CP, Security, Finance, CBU, RTM, external partners)

  • Digital Strategy & Oversight: In conjunction with the RRP, CX & Digital Director to set the vision for JTIP across DotCom, e-commerce, and other digital platforms. The incumbent leads and articulates digital strategy and ensures it is delivered through oversight of all projects run through the Digital Strategy, Products & Deployment Team. As strategy lead, he/she will make critical decisions and recommendations based on digital experience and expertise as well as an understanding of JTIP business and its brands to ensure a frictionless consumer/customer journey. Plays the strategic role as Product Owner for all Digital components and collaborates closely with the IT team on technology formulation, strategy and technology delivery to create the expected business value.

  • Digital Ecosystem Management: Working with a team of Product & Deployment Managers and Specialists, the incumbent sets the direction and has ultimate oversight for the build and deployment of JTIP’s digital ecosystem and infrastructure, including websites, SMS/mobile and other products, keeping abreast of the latest trends and technologies to ensure best-in-class digital executions and in the back-end, ensure frictionless operationalization of digital products deployment by our Field Marketing & Sales Teams.

  • Stakeholder & Agency Management: Experience in sourcing and managing technical vendors or agencies, as well as internal IT teams in ensuring timeliness in meeting milestones and deliverables. Be able to quality check team's output and continuously optimize for end-user experience and performance.

  • Project Management and Execution: Lead and manage high-volume, high-complexity digital projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and execution, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to meet project goals. Monitor and evaluate project performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics across all digital operations functions to ensure optimal performance and continuous improvement. Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and drive operational efficiencies. Prepare and present performance reports and dashboards to senior management and key stakeholders.

  • People management: Recruit, motivate and guide the professional development of the team reporting directly and indirectly to the incumbent.

 

Requirements: 

 

  • Graduate degree in Marketing, Digital, Business, or a related field
  • 8+ years of combined proven work experience of digital product management at a managerial level
  • Digital marketing experience is an advantage
  • Workforce management experience
  • Reporting, insighting and analytics
  • P&L responsibility
  • Experience in development of digital products and ecommerce platform management
  • Fluent Tagalog and advance in oral and written english
  • Functional Skills:

    • Has demonstrated strategic understanding, planning, and decision-making skills to maximize the digital platform to deliver business objectives

    • Versed in how data and digital platforms drive the consumer journey and experience across channels 

    • Proven track record in Digital Product, Ecommerce and IT project management

    • Working knowledge of website programming, search engine optimization, ad technologies, and/or data management platforms

    • E-Commerce setup and/or management (standalone and shop-in-shop)

    • Have proven ability to manage complex projects and market requirements, meet and enforce deadlines, and pay attention to detail in planning and execution

    • Performance and analytical mindset (metrics, KPIs and measurement frameworks)

    • Have proven ability to work within a technical environment (translating and aligning

    • business objectives, to strategic digital marketing plans, and to technical requirements)

    • Able to generate data-driven market insights to develop new initiatives

    • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills both written and verbal

    • Excellent skateholder management in managing external vendors, local and international cross-functional teams

    • Proven peple management and leadership skills

    • Able to work well in a fast-paced, concensus-driven, diverse environment
