ServiceNow Development Manager
What this position is about?
ServiceNow Software Developer will be responsible for support and enhancement of existing JTI solutions based on ServiceNow platform, including development, administration, integrations, authorization configuration, unit testing activities.
What will you do?
- Responsible for technical design, development, unit testing, and production deployment in the assigned area. Ensure that the solution is aligned with the ServiceNow best practices and JTI architecture standards throughout the whole delivery lifecycle
- Ensure consistency and standardization of the ServiceNow applications in the assigned area
- Ensure that required system documentation is completed and delivered before Go-Live. Actively contribute to Knowledge Base creation
- Provide timely technical support for issue resolution for both project and maintenance modes, including data maintenance and user access administration, coordinate activities with IT and business teams involved
- Proactively analyze technology trends and JTI business demand to identify potential business opportunities and consult end-users on ServiceNow platform capabilities.
Who are we looking for?
- You have a University Degree, preferably in IT
- 3 years of experience as a member of ServiceNow implementations, including business requirements gathering, development, testing, and cutovers
- Expert knowledge of ServiceNow platform, CMDB and master data architecture, Service Portal, development of custom applications, Flow Designer
- Expert Knowledge of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery module
- Experience in project implementation and operational support
- Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture
- Good knowledge of ITIL, Scrum/Agile methodologies
- Ability to deliver on time and follow-up promptly on any issues and/or risks identified
- Responsible, proactive, result-oriented, attention to the details
- Proven ability to learn quickly
- Fluent in English
- Open to candidates outside NCR
