Sales Planning & Analysis Specialist

The Sales Planning Specialist is responsible for preparing, collecting, formatting, and consolidating sales operations budget requests and actual spending. They analyze spending variances and prepare statistical reports to support financial projections and strategic recommendations. This role involves working closely with Finance, GBS, Purchasing, and vendors to ensure that sales operations spending is recorded accurately, aligns with the plan, and follows company policies.

The Sales Planning Specialist also supports the SP&A Manager by handling and evaluating financial information for key reports, including:

Annual & Strategic Plan, Outlook, Latest Estimate

Monthly Accrual and SAP/Lease/NPV Reconciliation

GRIR Imbalances and Blocked Invoices

Various expense reports requested by other departments or branches. 

Requirements: 

• Experience: Must have experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a multinational fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company.
• Skills:
  • Knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
  • Strong analytical and math skills with great attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SAP.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Language: Ability to communicate in English and Tagalog with average writing and speaking skills.
• Education: A graduate degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
