WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE

 

The purpose of this position is to support the digital marketing function for Reduced-Risk Product (RRP) brands and support the launch of JTI Philippines in the emerging RRP category, particularly by managing RRP-owned digital assets.

 

The incumbent will be responsible for rolling out and maintaining key assets under the RRP digital ecosystem: website, mobile app, and online store. The RRP website and mobile app will be a key communication channel to educate, build our database, and convert website visitors into online purchasers. The role is also responsible for optimizing these assets for localization, user experience, traffic, and online sales.

 

Collaboration with other teams will be required to optimize the RRP digital assets (CEM, M&S Digital, JTI and market IT, Sales)

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Digital Ecosystem Management

    • Help develop RRP Digital Ecosystem - brand website, mobile app, e-commerce in coordination with internal IT teams (HQ and local) as well as external suppliers.

    • Liaise with HQ and local teams to launch and maintain RRP digital assets, and ensuring all systems are integrated - data collection, online transactions, one-to-one digital communication (e-mail blasts, push notifications, etc). Ensure maintenance of all assets by continuous optimization for maximum traffic, enhanced user experience, and conversion to sales.

  • E-Commerce Management

    • Experience in establishing E-commerce channels, both owned and third-party (shop-in-shop). For Shop-in-Shop, experience in coordinating with platforms to enhance own SIS through proper search tagging, generating UTM codes for tracking, and generating relevant reports. For owned, experience installing transaction capabilities within own websites, including but not limited to sourcing and implementing payment gateways, data gathering for retargeting, adding other functions as needed (age verification, geo-targeting, etc) to maximize E-Commerce both as a Digital marketing channel as Digital sales channel

  • Stakeholder & Agency Management

    • Experience in sourcing and managing technical vendors or agencies, as well as internal IT teams in ensuring timeliness in meeting milestones and deliverables. Be able to quality check the team's output and continuously optimize for end-user experience and performance.

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate degree or equivalent vocational training in Computer Science/Programming or Digital
  • 5+ years of combined proven work experience as Web or IT Project Manager and/or E-Commerce Specialist
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Website or IT project management
  • Working knowledge of website programming
  • Search engine optimization
  • E-Commerce setup (standalone and shop-in-shop)
  • Working knowledge of ad technologies and data management platforms
  • Have proven ability to manage complex projects and market requirements
  • Performance and analytical mindset (metrics, KPIs, and measurement frameworks)
  • Have proven ability to work within a technical environment (translating and aligning the business to technical requirements)
  • Have excellent communications skills: written and verbal
