Omnichannel Experience Manager
As the Omnichannel Experience Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional consumer experience, driving consumer adoption, and leading a high-performing retail team. Responsible for owned and third party channel readiness and excellence.
What you will do:
- Develop and execute retail strategies that align with the company’s vision and growth objectives.
- Ensure seamless omnichannel integration, bridging the in-store and digital customer journey.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of high-performing retail professionals.
- Streamline inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention strategies.
- Drive financial success through proactive sales forecasting and KPI analysis
- This role requires a strategic mindset, a passion for premium retail experience, and the ability to cultivate an aspirational brand experience.
What we look for:
- Graduate degree or equivalent experience in Marketing / Business Management / Production Design / Digital
- 5 to 8+ years combined shown work experience as retail management / brand management / brand activation / program management / shopper marketing / channel management
- Working knowledge of platforms and data management systems
- Have shown ability to lead complex projects and market requirements
- Performance and analytical approach (metrics, KPIs and measurement frameworks)
- Ability to do effective presentation and storytelling to partners and consumers
- Exceptional ability to communicate and cultivate positive business relationships
- Ability to work in a deadline-orientated environment without compromising quality and creativity.
