Reporting to: CX Consumer & Customer Experience Manager

Omnichannel Experience Manager


As the Omnichannel Experience Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional consumer experience, driving consumer adoption, and leading a high-performing retail team. Responsible for owned and third party channel readiness and excellence. 

 

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute retail strategies that align with the company’s vision and growth objectives.
  • Ensure seamless omnichannel integration, bridging the in-store and digital customer journey.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of high-performing retail professionals.
  • Streamline inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention strategies.
  • Drive financial success through proactive sales forecasting and KPI analysis
  • This role requires a strategic mindset, a passion for premium retail experience, and the ability to cultivate an aspirational brand experience.

 

What we look for:

  • Graduate degree or equivalent experience in Marketing / Business Management / Production Design / Digital
  • 5 to 8+ years combined shown work experience as retail management / brand management / brand activation / program management / shopper marketing / channel management
  • Working knowledge of platforms and data management systems
  • Have shown ability to lead complex projects and market requirements
  • Performance and analytical approach (metrics, KPIs and measurement frameworks)
  • Ability to do effective presentation and storytelling to partners and consumers
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and cultivate positive business relationships
  • Ability to work in a deadline-orientated environment without compromising quality and creativity.
  • Strong appreciation and focus on customer experience and satisfaction
