Purchasing Transactions & Reporting Specialist 

 

Will execute the purchasing process for a selection of Market/Factories in scope of the Manila GBS. This position should have end-to-end understanding of the P2P process and all JSOX and compliance controls.

 

What will you do?

 

  • You will do Purchase Request (PR) validation / Purchase Order (PO) creation & modification, Good Receipt - GR/IR follow up, initiate down payment / MyRequest submissions, vendor creation & Invoice queries management
  • You will process high volumes of PR/PO creation into SAP system in line with Policies and Procedures whilst heavily focusing on accuracy
  • You will support CPL and Expert in process and system improvements by proposing optimization, simplification and automation
  • You will perform the assigned JSOX / operational controls in accordance with the internal documentation and escalate all controls failures and ensure mitigation actions are in place for each failure
  • You will Handle ad-hoc tasks delegated by the CPL and assist and provide support to other GBS groups within the area of responsibility

 

Who are we looking for?

 

  • A Bachelor / University Degree in Accounting & Finance or any related business courses
  • Preferably with 1-3 years of experience in Procurement, Finance / Budgeting position with the ability to process high volumes with high accuracy to tight and moving deadlines 
  • Understand Purchase to Pay (P2P) end to end processes with background in shared services industry
  • Fluent in Mandarin and has above average English communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP
  • Amenable to work on Day or Mid-shift schedule
  • Can work in Mckinley, Taguig (temporary WFH)
