WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE:

  • Organizing, coordinating, and preparing the human resources aspects of the expatriate service management process to ensure compliance with company expatriate policy and practices and timely completion with stakeholders.

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Pre-assignment and repatriation

    • Assists and organizes all expatriate issues and ensures compliance with company expatriate policy and practices including but not limited to relocation to and from the home countries including their family (if applicable), assistance with Social Insurance, Immigration documents, etc.

  •  

    Expatriate Service Management

    • Establish and maintain expatriate data records, compile reports and distribute reports as applicable to ensure all expatriate management processes run effectively and efficiently.

  •  

     

    Agency / 3rd Party Management

    • Responsible for daily engagement with local agencies and other 3rd party needs and managing all arrangements for expatriate issues that are being developed through an agency or 3rd party.

       

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • At least 3 to 5 years experience in Expatriate Service Management or Global Mobility Management Role
  • Fluent in oral and written English
  • Functional Skills
    • Expatriate Management/Global Mobility
    • Document Administration Management
    • Client Relations
    • Government Relation
