CRM Operations and Data Specialist

       Responsible for ensuring that the CRM operation strategies crafted by CRM Manager are executed and updated in the CRM platform as needed. They ensure that user journeys executed in the platform deliver the right set of messages to the right people at the right time



  • Constantly monitoring and iterating these journeys in the platform on a day-to-day basis or as needed.
  • Closely collaborates with IT team on automating data visualization for analytics dashboards. This involves brainstorming on data structure, dashboard design, and QA of published dashboards. 
  • Implements acquisition and retention user journeys as production ready programs in the CRM platform as required by the CRM strategy. Monitors and reports day-to-day performance of the CRM platform, alongside the different live consumer and retailer-facing sites of JTIP.
  • Provides regular updates on campaign effectiveness and performance, with recommendations on how to further improve or iterate. Iterate and optimize user journeys day-to-day and/or as needed, based on data gleaned from the platform.
  • Liaise with different stakeholders in any and all efforts that would require expanding the database and/or making use of the database for adhoc efforts.


  • University degree in business, marketing, economics, social science, IT, or media and communications.
  • Atleast 2 years of experience in digital marketing; preferably in a large FMCG, digital marketing agency or BPO firm. 
  • Solid understanding of SEO, Google analytics, Google AdWords and key analytical tools.
  • Knowledge in handling Popwer BI, Tableau and Data Studio is required
  • Excellent communication skills - Oral and written (English, Filipino)
  • Adept with MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
