Currently we are looking for an experienced and passionate colleague to join our Business Technology Services (BTS) Treasury team in Manila, Philippines as Process Analyst Manager.

 

BTS Treasury team acts as a service provider to support daily operations and effective performance of IT solutions in the areas of Cash Management, Credit Management and Treasury.

 

This is the role for SAP specialist with a good knowledge of SAP Cash Management functionality and a successful experience in IT application support. Primary objectives of this role are to perform activities associated with Incident resolution, Change Management and Project Implementation in the area of business and IT processes related to Cash Management, Payments and Banking.

 

 

What you will do?

 

  • Incident management – support of Cash Management systems. In case of errors or failures provide immediate support to business users based on SLA. When necessary, apply system configuration fixes or coordinate issue resolution with partnering teams based on IT support roles and responsibilities. Provide explanations if required.

  • Change Management – implementation of new functionalities or process improvements. Provide analysis of requirements coming from the business counterparts, implement changes, perform thorough testing and assist to ensure a continuous improvement of business solutions.

  • Projects – provide an expert input as a project team member or project manager.

  • Documentation & Stewardship – maintain required documentation up-to-date and with high quality.

  • Business partnership – develop trusting relationships with customers, understand their needs and priorities; do your best to deliver solutions timely and with high quality, making sure that they utilize the full potential of the application.

 

Who are we looking for?

  • Fluent English (written & spoken).

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with SAP Cash Management module, including:

    • SAP S/4 configuration knowledge (payment file formats, banks statements, etc.);

    • Experience in implementation of Banking platforms;

    • Understanding of Bank Account Management.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as Operational Support specialist or similar as a part of a  global multinational organization.

 

As a plus:

  • Knowledge of Bank Communication Management

  • Knowledge of SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity module

  • Knowledge of SAP FSCM module

  • BW & SAC
