PROCESS ANALYST MANAGER

Join us to lead and optimize treasury and sustainability IT solutions at JTI. In this role, you’ll manage systems, platforms, and integrations while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and vendors, turning complex technical challenges into streamlined, scalable solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze business needs and design robust, scalable solutions in treasury and sustainability IT domains.

• Provide technical support, manage change requests, and oversee projects from start to finish.

• Maintain compliance with audit, J‑SOX, and regulatory requirements while driving process improvements.

• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality execution of system enhancements and integrations.

• Document solutions, maintain knowledge databases, and proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Experience in IT technical roles, system architecture, SQL, PowerShell, and certificate management.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with the ability to work independently.

• Knowledge of IT service management processes, ITIL best practices, and regulatory compliance.

• Fluent English and excellent time management in multitasking environments.
