Modern Trade Strategy Specialist

Position: 

As a Modern Trade Strategy Specialist, you will

• Support the development and execution of KA (Key Accounts) and channel strategies that drive consumer acquisition and elevate brand equity.

• Work closely with Marketing, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, and Agency partners to ensure initiatives align with brand goals and regulations.

• Help translate trade and consumer data into actionable plans and channel-specific executions.

• Collaborate on trade-related activities like planogram and merchandising strategies, ensuring efficient and brand-compliant rollouts.

• Manage relationships with third-party agencies to ensure seamless and timely execution of projects.

Requirements

Your Strengths and Skills:

3+ years’ experience in one or more of the following:

• Data management & analytics

• Finance or investment-related roles

• Trade marketing or commercial strategy (preferred

Technical know-how in:

• Advanced Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

• Budget & volume forecasting

• Data management systems

• SAP or other enterprise tools (a plus

You’re a strong fit if you’re:

• Financially savvy, analytical, and detail-oriented

• A skilled communicator and collaborator across teams

• Able to turn data into powerful insights that drive decisions

• Organized and capable of managing multiple ongoing project

A Plus If You Have:

• Experience in FMCG or Modern Trade/NKA environment

• Cross-functional experience with finance, supply chain, or marketing

• Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in MS Office tools
