As a Management Trainee, you will:

Participate in rotational assignments across Field Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Planning teams.
- Support field engagement activities and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to support strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and enhance customer engagement.
Requirements:
- Participate in rotational assignments across Field Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Commercial Planning teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with graduation within the last two years (with or without prior work experience).
- Willingness to be mobile and temporarily relocate locally as business needs require.
- Demonstrated adaptability, analytical thinking, and a strong eagerness to collaborate and learn.
