Intercompany Specialist
The Intercompany Specialist ensures accurate and efficient processing of intercompany transactions across all JTI entities. Key responsibilities include performing reconciliations, managing period-end close activities, supporting intercompany eliminations, and executing transfer price and cross-charge calculations in line with global standards.
As an Intercompany Specialist in the area of Accounting & Finance, you will:

Process and validate intercompany customer and vendor transactions in SAP, ensuring compliance with policies, KPIs, and SLAs.

Prepare and reconcile intercompany AR/AP reports, resolving discrepancies and handling related queries with stakeholders.

Perform transfer price and cross-charge calculations, posting results in SAP based on defined methodologies.

Maintain and update process documentation, including user manuals and process flows.

Support continuous improvement initiatives, system testing, and process enhancement projects.

Execute operational controls, report compliance issues, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Collaborate with finance teams and business partners globally, providing support, training, and participation in cross-functional projects.
Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in finance, accounting, or external audit; background in IFRS or intercompany accounting is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification preferred.

Strong foundation in general accounting, including intercompany, fixed assets, inventories, receivables/payables, and accruals.

Experience supporting internal, external, and tax/statutory audits.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills; SAP experience is a plus.

Demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
