People and Culture Projects Associate
This role is part of the Benelux People & Culture Agile pool. In this role, you will be assisting in the execution of all the Benelux People & Culture processes and projects in the domains of Recruitment and Selection, Employer Branding, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, People & Culture innovations, Diversity & Inclusion, Rewards. Next to this, you will provide administrative support to the other P&C team members.
Position:
In this role, you will:
- Handle onboarding of new colleagues (e.g. drafting of contract, account creation/relocation, an office tour and introduction to employees, etc.)
- Support with vendor contract management (e.g. recruitment contracts, training agency contracts, contracts with external consultants)
- Prepare and release P&C communications regarding employee milestones (new hires, birthdays, service anniversaries, birth of child, etc.)
- Coordinate with external services and organize health and safety activities and training (e.g.: health checks, fire drills, office evacuation, first aid, etc.)
- Support with contract management and administration
- Lead/Support DEI and Wellbeing programs and initiatives and employee engagement programs
- Promote JTI Global and LinkedIn Learning online programs that support Our Way, DEI, and wellbeing/wellness
- Act as back-up for Admin Associate related to PR/PO/GR (create PRs, post GRs, modify POs) and within the Agile projects team
Requirements:
- Higher level education (Bachelor Degree) in an HR-related field at minimum
- Experience in general HR-related field. Experience in a role that requires a good understanding of project management and which requires administrative skills. Experience of working in a multinational environment is preferred.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, French is a nice to have
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
