If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently hiring a full-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Belgium.

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

 

 

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely delivery of cigarettes and materials towards JTI's direct customers and the field force according to the agreed JTI delivery schedule. This role ensures business continuity of the Order fulfilment by monitoring, mainting and controlling multiple aspects in the Order to Cash flow. Main responsibilities are focused on order fulfillment, SPOC 3PL's, stock control, returns and credit notes management and J-SOX control.

 

Position:

  • Order fulfillment. Responsible for all the daily necessary actions to be undertaken by the Customer Service Department in the Order to Cash area of SAP to deliver timely cigarettes and materials towards JTI's direct customers and sales representatives. (credit release out of scope). Responsible for 100% match between Customer order, JTI delivery order and 3PL delivery report to ensure customer satisfaction and Track and Trace standards.
  • Returns/credit notes. Gathers all information necessary to initiate the return/credit note procedure. Coordinates the entire approval flow in order to process the return/credit note as quickly as possible. Ensures returns are T&T-compliant if necessary.
  • Stock control. Ownership of the stock control file providing an overview of BeLux inventories. Daily updating of stock levels and productions, weekly updating of actuals. Alignment with demand planner on stock priorities and supporting O2C to ensure efficient SKU transitioning. Execute weekly stock alignments, flag and investigate irregularities. Manage blocked stock and product lifecycle management in SKU database.
  • SPOC 3PL's. Preserving contact on a day to day basis with the 3PL's regarding all shipments towards our direct customers and sales representatives. J-SOX. Timely implementation of all controls with the related documentation and the commitment to perform all controls and the related documentation according to the J-SOX standard.

 

Within 6 months you will:

  • Adapt to a new workplace culture and team dynamics.
  • Familiarize yourself with the company’s logistics software.

 

Requirements: 

  • Higher Professional Education (Bachelor).
  • Work experience within O2C (order to cash), logistics (preferably 3 years or more).
  • Fluent Dutch, French & English.
  • PC literacy: MS Excel, Word, Outlook, SAP.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills.
