Business Intelligence Development Manager

 

What this position is about - Purpose:

 

In this role, you will be responsible for developing a stable and accurate data platform for the Scandinavia Digital Ecosystem, ensuring it meets business objectives and aligns with the CRM Business Plan Global. You will lead the platform's development, implementation, and execution, and communicate the CRM annual plan from the global team. Additionally, you will evaluate all Marketing & Sales activities within the ecosystem, ensuring the availability of relevant data. Collaborating with the Sales Planning Associate, you will implement marketing and sales activities. You will also work with IT, SI, and other cofunctions to establish a single source of truth for data to advise decision-making.

 

What will you do - Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and implement the Scandinavia digital ecosystem, aligning it with the annual business plan and Sales & Marketing needs
  • Be responsible for all aspects of Power BI design and development, ensuring accurate data from various sources
  • Plan and implement global improvement initiatives, develop new CRM functionalities, and lead testing for Siebel Sales and Sales Force App
  • Support Power BI end-users, resolve incidents, and provide training
  • Handle ecosystem's database for accurate Power BI results and reports
  • Collaborate with the Sales Planning to identify gaps and opportunities
  • Handle additional tasks and projects as needed

 

Who are we looking for - Requirements:

 

  • University degree or equivalent experience with a mathematical and/or CRM system (Power BI) knowledge 
  • Confirmed experience within the FMCG or Tobacco Industry in planning, analytical and CRM-related positions 
  • Exposure to CRM systems (preferably Siebel)
  • Deep knowledge of PowerBI 
  • Fluency in English & Swedish
  • Excellent computer skills - proficiency in MS Office (especially Microsoft Excel and Power BI) 
  • Knowledge of Oracle will be an advantage
