P&C Agile Partner Manager - Rewards

Location: Stary Gostkow

 

 

 

What this position is about - Purpose: 

 

To ensure the Company's Compensation & Benefits practices are well managed with diligence in workforce & labour cost planning while securing the provision of locally relevant remuneration solutions in line with the Company guidelines.

 

 

What will you do - Responsibilities:

 

  • Customize, develop and implement the JTI Poland Compensation & Benefits processes following JTI global remuneration principles & practices to ensure external competitiveness and internal sustainability to fully support the attraction and retention of the right caliber employees.
  • Coordinate all activities related to headcount and labour cost planning, analysis and reporting through dedicated planning cycles and any ad-hoc needs to ensure a seamless approval and monitoring of People & Culture budget
  • Identify and make recommendations on pay and benefits practices including payline development through proper review, analysis and socialization of relevant market data and trends
  • Ensure communication and education of Compensation & Benefits practices and policies across the organization to realize current and potential employees' understanding of our offerings while safeguarding the desired transparency
  • Contribute to building the agile mindset and ways of working within the organization

 

 

Who are we looking for -  Requirements:

 

  • University degree in Financial Management or Accounting or equivalent
  • >5 years in Human Resources in an international environment and experience in the areas of Compensation and Benefits Management.
  • Fluency in both Polish & English
  • Strong analytical skills and high level of numeracy
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence & ability to interact at all levels
  • Good  interpersonal & negotiation skills
  • Very good Planning & Organization Skills
  • Strong knowledge of computer programs(excel, PPT etc.)
  • Knowledge of Agile ways of working & SAP-HR as advantage
