NTM Supply Manager

What this position is about - Purpose: 

• Coordinate material planning and purchasing activities
• Communication and negotiation with suppliers whilst keeping Global / Local Inventory Targets and Global Pricing Strategy

What will you do - Responsibilities: 

• Materials availability by proper analysis of requirements via ERP system, adherence to global and local procedures, excellent communication with suppliers and collaborators within company
• Maintenance of commissioned  inventory of materials as per aligned guidelines
• Production continuity by keeping track of production plan and actioning necessary changes (increase/decreases, accelerations/postponements)
• Correct data maintenance in ERP system (for instance PO related dates and quantities) and maintenance of new items appearing on daily basis
• Completeness of reports and studies requested periodically (PPV; Lot size, Jsox)
• Annual plan (ASP) completion in due time
• Relevant impact of Team/Department on new initiatives/projects happening at time (NPD process; other commissioned projects)

Who are we looking for - Requirements: 

• Relevant university degree 
• 3+ years of professional experience in planning area 
• Very good English
• Very good command in Excel
• Knowledge on ERP Systems (SAP preferred)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Team management will be plus
• Perfect Time management and experience in team management
• Solid understanding of ERP systems and MS Office
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Experience in projects management – especially in leadership
• Pro-activeness and passion for new challenges
• High resilience to time and tasks pressure
• Optimistic attitude
