                                                                                                                        IT Business Solutions Analyst

What this role is about?


The primary objective of this position is serves as primary liaison for the IT user community within home location. He/She is responsible for conducting the initial assessment of technology requirements of respective business functions as well as Delivery / Deployment programs.He/She works with business power users to ensure that all initiatives to support Factory's growth,  Delivery / Deployment program's success objectives are in line with strategic priorities and JTI's IT change management process. He/She provides the necessary support to successfully complete the business requirements analysis and solution evaluation and selection, while complying with JTI IT and Corporate governence standards. He/She assists in the planning and execution of approved projects, and provides project administration support, including project budgeting, procurement and billing, while at the same time ensuring effective and efficient on-going day-to-day operations. 


What will you do – Responsibilities: 


Business Relationship Management :
- Develop a strong relationship and work closely with the business community, Delivery & Deployment Program teammates, respective BTS and other D&IT teams, leveraging business process knowledge to drive the assessment of specific technology requirements
- Communicate findings to the IT Business Solutions Manager / Cluster Lead / Program Lead to ensure alignment with established  priorities, and to aid in: (1) formulating the right solution strategy for the Factory / Program and (2) managing the demand for IT solutions and services
- Provide effective communication to relevant parties

  Cluster Delivery :
- Business solution related demands analysis for home location / cluster​
- Project support and Change Management support for local applications / assistance with global projects delivery for Factory / Cluster scope​
- Business Application maintenance and support for local applications / local instances of global Applications​
- IT SME for local / cluster GSC departments​
- Vendor management, Security, Business Continuity, Compliance & Governance in home location

Delivery / Deployment Programs participation :
- Specialize in at least one global Solution-Delivery 
- Implementation of strategic Must-Do’s across GSC factories ​
- Delivery of expert services (D&A, UX, GSC specific solutions) among all GSC factories ​
- Design and Delivery of scalable / global program solutions across factories in collaboration with respective BTS and other D&IT teams​
- Collaborate with BTS team to ensure key Global GSC IT Solution are maintained  and supported properly for stable service​
- Realization of synergies and definition of applicable program standards for Factory IT​
- Continue Business Application support and maintenance for local application

Security, Business Continuity, Compliance & Governance :
- Through partnership with the IT user community, stay up-to-date on business initiatives requiring technology implementation, making sure that IT is involved from the initial stage
- Monitor compliance of IT solution implementation projects vis-a-vis IT standards, policies and procedures, and applicable J-Sox and IT risk controls. 
- Contributes to the management of respective regular activities including review, testing and back-up resource planning
- Assist in evaluating the feasibility of leveraging existing solutions to optimize expected benefits and total cost of ownership
- Provide the necessary support to evaluate the IT cost impact of solution(s) to be implemented, including comparative cost-benefit analysis
- Provide project budgeting support, ensuring compliance with JTI operating guidelines, policies and procedures
-Assists Business Solutions Manager / Cluster Lead / Program Lead in planning and execution of the IT AP/SP budgets (for Business Application's systems/services) and any adjustments through budget process

Other: Supplier Management (Internal & External) :
- Establish effective working relationships with all internal IT Service providers 
- Provide the necessary support to select qualified 3rd-party IT suppliers for solution delivery
- Coordinate relevant procurement and billing-related tasks, ensuring adherence to Operating Guidelines, policies and procedures, and J-Sox controls
- Provide feedback on supplier performance


Who are we looking for – Requirements: 


  • University Degree in Computer Science or similar technical background
  • 2+ years experience in the IT discipline.
  • Preferred background of employment experience multinational companies.
  • Preferred background with knowledge of business and related IT Solutions in FMCG industry – Distribution / Supply Chain / Manufacturing
  • Experience in at least one area: Business Analysis / Applications Development / Project Management
  • Additional benefit if candidate worked with D&A, UX and Microsoft Power Platform tools and frameworks, can provide examples of delivered solutions
  • Experience with administration support (payments, contracts management, organization of activities, vendor management, etc.)
  • Good communication skills and fluent English
