Trade Marketing Representative for HoReCa (South)


 

Position: The Trade Marketer for HoReCa channel will have to effectively execute in-outlet activities to increase consumer off-take of JTI products through the effective utilization of Trade Marketing Programs and the attainment of volume, distribution and new outlet targets.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Execution Planning: Open new HoReCa outlets, plan visits based on JTI’s customer prioritization, and schedule meetings for maximum impact. Use sales data to optimize customer engagement.
  • Strategic Insights & Business Advice: Identify market opportunities, analyze JTI and competitor performance, and provide insights for future planning. Present sales data and educate customers on category management.
  • Negotiation & Selling: Negotiate sell-out agreements and trade contracts, ensure correct product placement and pricing, and use consultative selling to match JTI products to customer needs while securing commitments.
  • Logistics: Support stock merchandising and assist with top-up orders. 

 

Requirements:

 

  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years in FMCG sales, preferably in HoReCa.
  • Native Croatian speaker with intermediate proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and TME (reporting & data).
