                                                          HoReCa & Events Specialist 

What this position is about:  

  
The HoReCa & Events Associate will drive brand visibility by developing and executing impactful marketing programs at events and in the HoReCa channel. This role involves identifying sponsorship opportunities, managing consumer engagement campaigns, and optimizing investments for maximum impact. With a strong focus on market trends, competitor insights, and budget efficiency, you will ensure strategic execution that enhances brand presence and growth.  

What you will do - Responsibilities:   

• Develop and implement brand communication, consumer activation programs, and POSM strategies

• Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to execute innovative marketing initiatives and ensure KPI achievement

• Plan, coordinate, and manage event partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and objectives

• Oversee 1-2-1 campaigns, managing agency relationships, promo team selection, and execution quality control

• Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and propose adjustments in strategies for optimal performance 

• Manage allocated budgets for HoReCa, events, and 1-2-1 programs, ensuring proper financial control and reporting

Who we are looking for – Requirements:  

• University degree  

• Minimum 2 or 3 years of experience in BTL agency / HoReCa channel   

• Good English and Fluent Bulgarian

• Strong skills in negotiation, sales, merchandising, and agency management  

• Experience in BTL strategy implementation, project management, and budget control  

• Good computer proficiency (MS Office) and excellent communication skills  

• Ability to manage third-party relationships and collaborate effectively in a team  

• Willingness to conduct field visits and be available to travel for business  

• Possession of a valid B driver’s license
