DIGITAL SOLUTION EXECUTIVE

 

The Digital Solution Executive will operate within the Singapore Domestic market as part of the Sales team reporting to the Trade Strategy Manager.

 

The incumbent will support the Trade Strategy Manager to manage overall digital eco-system to optimize efficiency of commercial functions’ work processes and to enhance digital capabilities. He/she will be responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of relevant digital solutions and enhancements based on defined roadmap (e.g.  retailer trade portal, sales tools, reporting platforms, system improvements/ integrations and other digitalization opportunities).

 

The incumbent is required to collaborate with multiple functions (IT, Sales Ops, Trade Activation, Marketing, Finance, Regional and HQ teams) to successfully maintain an optimized digital eco-system with comprehensive solutions.

 

As the Digital Solution Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Analysis of commercial functions’ work processes: Timely review of key sales commercial work processes and identification of digitalization opportunities to drive efficiencies.
  • Retailer trade portal management: Custodian of digital infrastructure, responsible for uploading, testing all digital engagement content. Deploy enhancements based on local requirements and Region/ HQ roadmap.
  • Sales tools (TME Sales) management: Deploy enhancements based on local requirements and Region/ HQ roadmap in collaboration with Sales Ops and IT.
  • Reporting tools management (Power BI): Work with IT and cross functional teams to maintain a centralized reporting hub. Lead user trainings, monitor usage rates and ensure proper maintenance.
  • Other digital solutions: Implement (propose solutions, identify project steps etc) new/ improved digital solutions based on opportunities and digital roadmap priorities.

 

REQUIREMENTS:    

  • Qualifications: University degree or equivalent, at least 5 years of digital sales/marketing roles, preferably in multinational FMCG.
  • Language: Fluent in English and Mandarin. (Local dialect is a plus)
  • Functional skills: Sales tools, Power BI & digital app knowledge, MS Office proficiency, reporting and data analysis, industry knowledge, strong interpersonal and project management skills, good collaborator, creative and open to explore new and out of the box solutions
