QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER

What this position is about - Purpose: 

To ensure the accuracy and maintenance of product specifications through the inspection of incoming materials and the execution of quality assurance activities in process control, including color, moisture, and other analyses.

This role contributes to the upkeep of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015) and fosters effective communication within the factory.

What will you do - Responsibilities: 

• Conduct inspections and authorize the release of materials within the factory’s scope to ensure standardized receipt of materials based on defined qualitative and quantitative parameters for our products, additionally, lead investigations into any quality-related issues.
• Ensure processes effectivness of material change , run-ability, and shelf life management processes related to factory materials.
• Support the process compliance and continual improvement by the implementation of the factory  procedures and the requirements of Management System ISO 9001.
• Ensure consistently Quality Measuring Equipment Cleanness, maintenance, and calibration/Verification, and ensure documentation control for all QA records. 
• Contribute to continual improvement for EHS, and Energy management systems for contributing to achieving the factory KPIs.

Who are we looking for - Requirements: 

• University Degree (B.Sc) in Science with a focus in chemistry
• 1-2 years experience in FMCG manufacturing environment
• Very good at English written and spoken
• Quality Control and Assurance
• Analytical Skills
• Proficiency in using MS tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, etc.)
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems
• Team Collaboration
• Problem-Solving, communication Skills.
