Job Summary:

Ensuring the reliability and availability of all production and utilities equipment. Having a long term focus and providing input and coaching to planning and execution of maintenance plans, keeping health and safety as a priority. Ensures and executes adequate breakdown resolution for automation related breakdowns.

 

Requirements:

  • Bechelor of Engineering
  • 3-5 years of revelant experience 
  • Good command of English 
  • Good command of MS Office

 

Responsibilities:

  • Respect safety requirements in individual and group work.
  • Actively participate in safety behaviors and planning (risk assessment) in planned and unplanned maintenance activities and MOC preparations if needed .
  • Extract and analyze automation data.
  • Support corrective and preventive maintenance plans in automation and process control by evaluation, troubleshooting support and knowledge transfer to shop floor electricians.
  • Manage food safety calibration activities, software modifications, backups, and parameter registration & version control.
  • Manage software licenses and versions.
  • Train shift technicians in automation.
  • Support inventory requirements for automation and process control.
  • Good experience in Sematic Manager step 7 (300&400).
  • Good experience in Servo Motors and Servo Motor drives.
  • Good experience in Win CC and networking " Profibus".
