Mechanic

1. ما هي الوظيفة و الغرض منها ؟

في هذه الوظيفة، ستكون مسؤولاً عن تنفيذ جميع أنشطة الصيانة الميكانيكية سواء كانت تصحيحية او وقائية داخل منطقتك مع المحافظة على ما  يتعلق بمتطلبات البيئة والصحة والسلامة والجودة والإنتاجية.

 أيضًا ، ستعمل على زيادة كفاءة الماكينات والعمليات إلى أقصى حد وتنفيذ جميع أوامر العمل المعينة في الوقت المناسب وفقًا لرؤية قسم الصيانة للحفاظ على خطوط الانتاج ضمن الأهداف المتفق عليها.

يجب أن يكون المرشح للوظيفة قادرًا على إعداد تحليل اعطال تفصيلي باستخدام مفاهيم 5 WHYs  أوFishbone diagram  ودعم قائد المنطقة والعمل معه للقضاء على الأعطال المتكررة.

2. ما هو الدور المطلوب و المسئوليات ؟

1. تنفيذ جميع أنشطة الصيانة اللازمة ميكانيكيا سواء وقائية او مخططه

2. يقوم بإجراء عمليات التفتيش الروتينية وأنشطة الصيانة المخططة على الماكينات لتجنب الأعطال والمشاكل الأخرى. قد يشمل ذلك استبدال الأجزاء وفحص التشحيم والاهتزازات و ما إلى ذلك.

3. السلامة والجودة: تجنب الحوادث من خلال العمل دائمًا بأمان ، واتباع معايير الجودة ، وتحديد مخاطر السلامة وتخفيفها / تصعيدها.

4. الإنتاجية: ضمان إنتاج الكميات المطلوبه بالكامل في الوقت المناسب طبقا لخطة الإنتاج و بكفاءة الخطوط المخططه لها

5. التكلفة: تحسين التكلفة التي يمكن التحكم فيها بمرور الوقت من خلال القضاء على الخسائر بطريقة منظمه وتحديد الخسائر والقضاء عليها

6. الأشخاص: يكون عضوًا فعالًا في الفريق بما يتماشى مع نموذج الفرق عالية الأداء

7. نظام الإنتاج - التصعيد الفعال لمشاكل الانتاج إلى مشرف الفريق

8. قراءة وفهم الكتالوجات الفنية لتشغيل المعدات وصيانتها. الاحتفاظ بوثائق صيانة المعدات وإجراءات الإصلاح للإجراءات المستقبلية.

9. يشارك في الاجتماعات اليومية مع تحصيل جميع المعلومات المطلوبة. اقتراح تحسينات لتحسين أداء المعدات وموثوقيتها.

10. الابلاغ عن جميع الأعطال إلى المشرف  والعمل  مع أعضاء الفريق الآخرين لتقليل MTTR وزيادة MTBF

11. تنفيذ مفهوم  5Sالمناسب لجميع المجالات داخل صالات الانتاج من خلال تنفيذ برامج مستدامة

3. ما هي متطلبات الوظيفة ؟

1. المستوى التعليمي:  تعليم متوسط او فوق متوسط ، ويفضل(التعليم الفني)

2 خبرة في مجال الصيانة 2-5 سنوات – قوي الملاحظة - منظم

3. مستوى متوسط ​​في اللغة الإنجليزية

4. معايير السلوك النموذجي.

5. بناء القدرات من خلال التعلم والتدريب المستمر

6. التعامل مع التحديات بثقة ، وحل المشكلات بفعالية ، حتى عند مواجهة الصعوبات.

What this position is about - Purpose:

In this position, you will be responsible for driving all mechanical, and electrical maintenance activities PM or CM within your area with respect to EHS, quality, and productivity requirements. Also, you will maximize the reliability of components, equipment, and processes and implement all assigned work orders in time as per the maintenance department's vision to keep LCO lines with the agreed objectives. A successful candidate has to be able to prepare a breakdown analysis using 5 why's and fishbone concepts and to support and work with the area leader to eliminate repeated breakdowns.

What will you do - Responsibilities:

• Implement all required maintenance activities machinal PM or CM in his area. Carry out routine inspections & TBM activities on machines to avoid malfunction and other problems. This might include replacing parts and checking & inspecting lubrications, vibrations, parameters, etc.
• Safety & Quality: Avoid incidents by always working safely, following quality standards, and identifying and mitigating/escalating safety risks
• Delivery & Productivity: Ensure volumes are produced in time in full against the production plan and deliver the volumes with the planned and budgeted line efficiency
• Cost: Improve controllable cost over time through systemic Loss Elimination, Identify and eliminate losses
• People: Be an effective team member in line with High Performing Teams model
• Production System - Effective escalation of issues to the Team Leader
• Read and understand technical manuals for equipment operations and maintenance. Maintain documentation of equipment maintenance and repair procedures for future reference procedures
• Participate in DDS and Line meetings and obtain all required information. Propose improvements to enhance equipment performance and reliability
• Report all breakdowns to the leader, Work with the other team members to reduce MTTR and increase MTBF
• Ensure proper 5S3R of all areas within M&P through implementation of sustainable programs

Who are we looking for - Requirements:

• Intermediate or high level of education, preferred in technical background
• 2-5 years of experience in the maintenance field
• Intermediate English level
• Role model standards and behaviour. Build capability through Learn-Do-Teach
• Good technical background, well prepared, good observer, 5S3R
• To approach arising challenges with confidence, and actively solve problems, even when facing difficulties
