직무내용
- Support to build effective commercial strategies & plans to improve the efficiency and performance of Field Force
- Support to build up metric framework, measure business operation and provide a clear guideline for Field Force visits and activities
- Manage and develop reports/dashboards for monthly performance review
- Communicate with stakeholders including DSO ensuring all commercial plans are aligned and executed
- Merchandising Activities in the Tobacco Industry and Visibility Enhancement through POSM Distribution
지원자격
- Previous working experience in FMCG industry is a plus
- Previous experience with BI tool is a plus
- Proficiency in MS products with focus on Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English and Korean
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
- Data analytics
- Willing to travel to local JTI branches
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders through clear and persuasive communication
- Actively listen to understand needs and provide tailored solutions or responses
