Reporting to: Head of Supply Chain Management

SCM Planner (Logistics)

This position is responsible for 3PL management including processing inbound and outbound both physical and SAP transaction. It also requires profound understanding of logistic flow and proficient communication skills since this position need various stakeholder management. 

What will you do?

• 3PL Management
  -     Inventory management and issue handing in 3PL warehouse storage/transportation
  -     Monitor and manage packing process for parcel delivery to GT outlets
  -     Invoice verification & budget management
  -     KPI management
  -     Occasional 3PL site visit
• Inventory management
  -     Physical inventory and system reconciliation
  -     Handle branch inventory report
  -     Manage sample
  -     Monitor and handle product status expiry
  -     Report quality issues through FMS
  -     Destruction management with tax return 
• Importation process
  -     Check shipping schedule & documents 
  -     Customs clearance & handling other related issue
  -     Customs-related reports
• Order Management (KA & GT)
  -     Daily Order confirmation & Shipment process
  -     Issue handling (e.g. damage, missing, shipment delay etc.)
  -     Handle and review SAP entry
  -     Run and review DSD information including SKU maintenance 
  -     Monthly closing
  -     Other reports

Who are we looking for?

• University Degree
• Over 3 years of logistics field 
• Experience of 3PL management (or 3PL company)
• Fluent in both Korean and English speaking, listening and writing
• Profound understanding of logistics flow including site operation
• Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
• Understanding of WMS 
• Driving license preferred
