IT Business Solutions Analyst (Temporary)

The IT Business Solutions Analyst (Temporary) serves as the primary liaison between IT and business teams, focusing on effective communication, project coordination, and the successful delivery of IT initiatives over a 12-month period. The role involves gathering and translating business requirements, supporting solution evaluation, and ensuring change requests align with JTI’s strategic goals and governance standards. It also includes assisting in project planning and execution, managing stakeholder expectations, and providing administrative support such as budgeting, procurement, and documentation to ensure smooth operations and timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management Support: Support end-to-end project execution—from planning and scheduling to tracking milestones and deliverables—while managing documentation, budgeting, and procurement to keep initiatives on time and within scope.

• Business Transformation & Change Management: Drive meaningful change by identifying process improvement opportunities and guiding business users through the IT change request process, ensuring alignment with JTI’s change management framework and proactively mitigating risks.

• Change Request Implementation: Lead the implementation of approved enhancements by coordinating with global project teams and overseeing seamless integration between market-level and corporate IT systems.

• Business Analysis: Partner closely with stakeholders to capture and translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications, supporting test case development and validation to ensure high-quality delivery.

• Solution Design & Evaluation: Play a key role in evaluating and selecting innovative IT solutions that align with business objectives, contributing to solution design that meets both functional requirements and JTI’s global standards.

• Operational Readiness & Knowledge Transfer: Ensure smooth transitions post-implementation by contributing to support model development, coordinating knowledge transfer, and assessing go-live readiness in collaboration with project leads.

Requirements:

• University Degree 
• 2+ years’ experience in project management or support, IT-related project experience is an advantage.
• Fluent in Korean and excellent English communication skills, must be able to communicate well with stakeholders.
• Proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
