Main Areas of Responsibility

  • The person will be part of the CA&C agile pool on key communications initiatives for corporate communications and corporate affairs.
  • His/Her core responsibilities will be external & internal communications including working cross functionally on Employer Branding, Community Investment (CSR), and Corporate Affairs (CA) strategic initiatives incl. Regulatory Affairs support.
  • For External Communications, he/she will mainly manage and engage with the media on PR (Corporate and Product PR), incl. attending meetings with journarlists. He/she will act as a contact window for external stakeholders may include reporters, key opinion leaders, think tank and government. Ability for timely and effective issue finding and professional communication skills is required.
  • For Internal Communications, he/she will work on developing internal newsletter contents and production. He/she will also work on employee engagement initiatives closely with People & Culture (HR) colleagues on key communication strategy, reviewing and recommending communication contents and optimal communication tools.
  • For Corporate Sustainability, he/she will be responsible for Community Investment & corporate campaign strategy.
  • For Corporate Affairs strategic initiative support, he/she will work for key CA initiatives that requires internal and external engagement on regulatory affairs.

 

Requirements

Skills 

- Professional communication skills in both Korean and English (eg. press release, internal newsletters, corporate positions)

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Strategic planning and strong program execution capabilities

- High proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word

- Intermediate skills in design related programs (i.e. Photoshop etc.) and video making/editing (i.e. MS Premiere etc) are preferred

- Data Analysis skills are preferred

 

Knowledge

- Experience in Communications at least 5 years preferably in multinational companies and PR agency

- Experience in Corporate Affairs (Government Relations, Regulatory Affairs) is not mandatory but is preferred.
