People and Culture Intern
This internship involves active participation in HR processes, focusing primarily on recruitment and employee development. Responsibilities include helping with new employee inductions, maintaining employee databases, and supporting employer branding projects.
The program lasts 12 months and provides comprehensive training, coaching, and mentoring.
Position:
- Active Learning and Employee Development: Understanding and applying basic concepts of active learning and employee development.
- Business Correspondence and Communication: Improving communication with external and internal collaborators.
- Conducting Employee Inductions: Coordinating inductions for new hires, including introducing colleagues and organizing factory tours.
- Administrative Support: Maintaining the employee database and providing administrative support.
- HR Administration and Recruitment: Understanding and applying basic processes in HR administration, with a strong focus on recruitment and selection, including writing and creating job advertisements.
- Employer Branding: Participating in projects to promote the company as a Top employer.
Requirements:
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
