Process Expert Manager (BTS Track&Trace), WG3

Reporting to BTS Track&Trace Service Director

This is a global position within IT BTS Quality & Traceability Team, Global IT function.

BTS Quality & Traceability, Process Expert Manager will in charge of supporting Track & Trace infrastructure, including GLA, TPM, Inextor, iTrack, LTrack, UTrack, Movilizer, Corporate Repository systems and interfaces with several other systems like, SAP S4HANA, Palletizers and local ERP’s.

Incumbent will be primarily involved in new factory/warehouses implementations and new projects/change requests in coming years. In addition involved is expected as part of level 3 support activities of T&T system with internal (GSD, GTC) and external (ATOS, INEXTO, Monovi, SISKON, SIERRA, FractureCode, BBK) organizations.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Perform Functional Analysis of Customer's Processes and Prepare Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS).
  • Perform Planning and Follow-up on Testing process from the customer's side
  • Provide Support on Data and Functionality studies
  • Participate in All Project Phases from Initiation to Go-Live
  • Provide Support for the Solutions delivered to the Customers

 

Requirements

 

Education, skills

  • University degree in Information Technologies (Computer Science, Software Engineering and Automation, Cybernetics or Applied Mathematics) or Strong Practical and Theoretical IT Background 
  • English - Fluent or Upper Intermediate (essential)
  • 5+ working experience in IT field, in the areas of application support, business process design and enterprise business solutions implementation projects
  • Excellent knowledge of the Track&Trace processes in the tobacco business
  • On hand experience working as business analyst in software development projects. Knowledge of processes and tools for effective business analyses.
  • Strong skills of technical document writing and reviewing
  • Broad knowledge of project management methodologies in relation to custom software development, packaged software implementation; PM experience in projects of such kind will be considered as an advantage.
  • On hand experience and good understanding of testing principles: terminology, concepts and approach in area of testing, experience in preparing test cases, planning and executing acceptance testing.

 

Experience in other IT areas

  • Good knowledge of the following areas:
    • Relational Databases (MS SQL Server or Oracle)
    • System integration-related technologies, protocols, systems (XML, JSON)
  • On-hand experience in any scripting languages (powershell, python, etc) and tools, which would support routine operations will be considered as an advantage
