M&S Reporting Specialist, - GBS, St.Petersburg

Position purpose:

The purpose of the position is to support Marketing & Sales function (Russian Market – all regions and Moscow HQ) in reporting of reliable data and key performance indicators (strategic & operational) proposing processes optimization and taking part in corresponding projects & tasks in line with strategic priorities of the Company.

The M&S Reporting Specialist is to understand the assigned market structure, key market trends & initiatives, to have proper knowledge of JTI & Competitors portfolio.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Execute operational and strategic reporting based on market requirements (volume, brand & portfolio performance, Distributor & Sales Force KPIs, etc.)
  • Answer end-user requests related to the reports in scope timely and in client-oriented manner
  • Support data extraction from systems in use and provision of data driven analysis
  • Analyze the processes and ways of working to find opportunities for optimization
  • Create and maintain process documentation in line with the standardized requirements
  • Take part in ongoing projects and initiatives (Global & Local) adding value to achievement of the Company’s strategic priorities
  • Build productive professional relationships with all the related counterparts
  • Analyze the processes and ways of working in order to find opportunities for optimization and automation for the defined reporting scope

 

Requirements:

  • Higher education (technical science/ economics/ math /statistics/ marketing)
  • At least 1-year work experience in a large multinational company with strong focus on analytics (preferably in FMCG)
  • Professional/academic experience in international environment would be a plus
  • English skills (not less than Intermediate level)
  • PC skills: advanced user of Excel
  • As advantage: BI tools experience (Power BI) / Nielsen answers / One Data (SAP Cloud, RADRS)
  • Personal characteristics: excellent stress-resistance & time management, problem-solving, good interpersonal & cross-cultural communication skills, team-player, structured approach & self-discipline, orientation to result, striving for quality
  • Passion for numbers, interest in career in analytics and project management
