 IT BTS GBS Process Analyst Manager

Location: St Petersburg

Reporting to IT BTS & Integration director

Position: permanent

POSITION PURPOUSE

The Russia+ IT BTS GBS Process Analyst Manager role is responsible for the service delivery & operational support for the relevant global IT BTS solution(s) in JTI Russia+. 

The role holds good knowledge & expertise in GBS area. 

The position is focused on support and optimization of business processes in JTI Russia & JTI Belarus, also ensuring that the available global BTS solutions continues to run in compliant ways.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

• Service delivery: responsible to track, influence and maximize the quality of applications for GBS and corporate functions.
• Work with incidents and change requests related to applications in your area of responsibility.
• Communication with our vendors, collaboration with IT BTS GBS Process Expert Manager.

YOU AS A PROFESSIONAL:

• 3+ year working experience of support / implementation of solutions in the area of the role in a global, multicultural outsourced environment. 
• Business experience in the related area a plus
• Project management experience is preferable.
• Upper-Intermediate English.
• Strong analytical skills.
