IT BTS ESM Process Analyst  Manager

Location: St Petersburg

Reporting to  IT BTS & Integration director 

Position: permanent

POSITION PURPOUSE
The Russia+ IT BTS ESM Process Analyst Manager role is responsible for the maintenance and service delivery of relevant global IT BTS solution(s) in JTI Russia+. The role focuses on managing Power Users, defining functional requirements for the global vs local processes, testing and delivering full cycle of support activities for existing tool, as well as participation in the projects to deliver new Service Management platforms. 
The role holds deep knowledge & expertise in Service Now area and Service Management platforms.
The position is focused on standardization and optimizing business processes in JTI Russia & JTI Belarus, also ensuring that the available global BTS solutions continues to run in compliant ways.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

• Service delivery: responsible to track, influence and maximize the quality of Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solutions.
• Work with incidents and change requests related to ESM.
• Communication with our vendors, collaboration with IT BTS ESM Process Expert Manager.

YOU AS A PROFESSIONAL:

• 3+ year working experience of support / implementation of solutions in the area of the role in a global, multicultural outsourced environment. 
• Business experience in the related area a plus
• Project management experience is preferable.
• Upper-Intermediate English.
• Strong analytical skills
