Seeking a motivated Revenue Accountant in Mebane, NC. Reports to Manager of Financial Operations. Supports accounts receivable, general ledger, and treasury operations.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and reconcile daily customer invoicing, credit issuance, and collection activities.
- Prepare various cash, sales, and accounts receivable reports to support Finance and other departments.
- Assist with processing trade program rebates for direct customers.
- Manage intercompany invoicing and reimbursements for shared administrative services.
- Back-up daily treasury activities within the Finance Department, including funding and reconciliation of cash accounts, preparation of wire payments, and monitoring for fraudulent activity.
- Assist with the month-end close process for treasury, revenue, and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Analyze account activity, preparing summary schedules, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain an organized workflow and stay informed of daily work priorities and status.
- Provide support during internal and external audits, such as preparing audit schedules and responding to auditor inquiries.
- Assist with internal controls testing and compliance.
- Ensure financial records are kept in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and in compliance with company record retention policies.
Requirements:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or related field.
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience may be considered for an experienced candidate.
- 2+ years of general accounting experience, with a focus on Accounts Receivable and Treasury.
Knowledge & Skills
- Excellent attention to detail with outstanding organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Reporting Systems (preferably MS Dynamics 365, along with Jet Reporting or Business Objects).
- Familiarity with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) or US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Familiarity with internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
- Familiarity with treasury and banking operations.
