Pricing Activation Manager

 

About the Role 

Pricing Activation Manager is responsible for building the details of pricing trade programs such as VAP & Multi-pack offers, planning the resources, budget management, and execution planning.

 

What you will do

  • Design the strategy for RMC VAP (value added promotion) products for all trade channels. Ensure the strategy is in line with the portfolio and corporate strategies to achieve company's business objectives;
  • Ensure constant information exchange with the sales force and portfolio team to build brand awareness/trials and trade programs addressing market challenges and opportunities;
  • Responsible for designing, building and producing the details of specific RMC trade programs (VAP, 2 pack promotion, price off stickers)  while efficiently managing the budget and KPIs;
  • Follow up timely and effective production of all monthly reporting’s to sales teams to ensure proper actions to be taken for continues improvement on data integrity, strategic utilization of company’s resources and budget management;
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team by sharing monthly/quarterly results of specific trade programs, and provide business opportunities to sales team to help achieve company's business objective. Work with sales operation team for cycle planning;
  • Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request.

 

 

Who We Are Looking For

dynamic, passionate, and result-oriented person, with:

  • 3+ years’ work experience in trade promotion or trade activation in tobacco (preferred) or CPG (Consumer packaged goods) industry with the field sales force;Bachelor’s Degree;
  • Bachelor’s Degree;
  • Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong initiative taking and planning, project management, organization, attention to detail, analytical and strategic skills are essential in this role;
  • Advanced capabilities in developing trade program presentation material for the field sales force. Advanced MS Office skills.
