Sales Planning Analyst


Are you ready to take your career to the next level? JT International S.A., is currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Planning Analyst to join our daring team in Raleigh, NC, USA.

As a Sales Planning Analyst, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and innovative organization dedicated to providing detailed financial services to our customers.   • Collaborate with the sales team to determine, settle and resolve sales objectives and strategies.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, problems, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales forecasting models to accurately predict future sales performance.
  • Create and present reports on sales performance, including sales projections and analysis.
  • Support the sales team in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential growth opportunities and market trends.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs.



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of data analysis experience primarily within CPG or FMCG marketing and sales functions. Experience with retail volumetric data, account profile data and field sales force reported data is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Diligent to details, emphasizing precision and excellence. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
