Digital Strategy Associate

 

About the Role 

The Digital Strategy Associate supports the Digital & Innovation Strategy Manager and the wider marketing team with establishing, implementing, optimizing and analyzing digital campaigns and multi-touchpoint brand activation and communications development.

 

 

What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing campaigns, including strategy development, content creation, scheduling, and deployment: analyze and optimize campaigns towards KPIs and generate automated workflows to accelerate consumer conversion. Manage agencies and collaborate across the marketing & sales team applying strong communication and project management skills;
  • Manage direct mail marketing initiatives, including list segmentation, creative design, and mailing and  logistics;
  • Generate regular reports on email marketing performance, analyzing key metrics and providing actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness. Support on-going digital reporting, collaborating closely with the Digital Activation manager in order to support data driven decision making and accelerate consumer conversion;
  • Create and optimize marketing automation workflows to optimize consumer engagement and conversion;
  • Collaborate with the Digital Activation Manager to support digital consumer engagement programs and creative content generation;
  • Coordinate and manage the teams budgets.

 

 

 

Who We Are Looking For

dynamic, passionate, and result-oriented person, with:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field;
  • 2-4 years of experience in a marketing related role, digital marketing preferred;
  • Fluent English;
  • Copywriting: A strong command of language and the ability to craft compelling subject lines, body copy, and calls-to-action (CTAs) that resonate with the target audience;
  • A stickler for precision, creativity, and excellence;
  • Email Marketing Software Proficiency: Experience with email marketing platforms, including knowledge of list management, segmentation, automation, and A/B testing features;
  • Automation Skills: Familiarity with setting up automated email workflows (drip campaigns, welcome series, abandoned cart emails) to nurture leads, improve customer retention, and drive conversions;
  • Design Eye: Basic design skills to create visually appealing email templates, graphics, and imagery that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience;
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, adhere to deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, content, marketing automation) to deliver successful email campaigns;
  • Continuous Learning and Adaptability;
  • An affinity for brands and deep experience with digital channels & marketing tactics.
