Job Description
People & Culture (P&C) Trainee
Are you eager to dive into the world of People & Culture? Join our team and gain hands-on experience in payroll and benefits administration, recruitment, training, and HR projects. You'll support key processes, enhance employee experiences, and contribute to exciting initiatives—all while developing your skills in a dynamic, international environment. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to grow, we’d love to meet you!
What will you do:
- Payroll Administration: Support timely execution of payroll activities and maintenance of employee personal data.
- Benefit Administration: Assist with local benefits, renewals, and enrollments.
- HR Projects: Provide support on HR projects (enhancing processes, support in program management and administration, etc.), inc. employee surveys.
- Recruitment and Training: Assist with recruitment, training activities, and daily operational requests from employees and P&C Business Partners.
- Task Management: Manage various tasks and projects as requested by the manager.
What would you need to be successful in this role:
- Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Work Approach: Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards and engaging others in tasks and initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or graduating by summer/autumn 2025).
- Languages: Fluency in Czech, Slovak, or Hungarian, with good command of English.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with local labor legislation and proficiency in MS Office.
